Gentle Time Farm is a trans and queer cooperatively owned diversified vegetable farm growing culturally relevant East Asian crops for Asian community and diaspora in New York. The farm was founded in 2022, and converted to worker ownership by spring of 2023. The same year the farm moved to more stable land and needed to invest in their infrastructure and increased staff size.
2023: Non-extractive loan to purchase equipment and invest in infrastructure for new land. The loan also supports cash flow early season.
